Sherri L. Neil, Chairman -
Carolyn L. LeCroy, Vice-Chairman, is an award-winning film and video producer who as her own company, Women In Transition, LLC. She does free-lance work for national television, Fortune 500 companies, and film work for major clients.
In addition, Carolyn currently works for the Virginia Department of Corrections (VA DOC) assisting Substance Abuse Programs across the state. She has developed and implemented programs, videos and curricula now being used within the correctional facilities and private programs nationally and internationally.
This is the second time Carolyn has been employed by the VA DOC. Initially she was hired as the Statewide Marketing Director for Operation Turnaround, an inmate reentry program, by the then Secretary of Public Safety. She later did contract work for VA DOC thorough her company as well as contract work for the New York and Maryland Departments of Corrections and The Dream Academy, a Maryland-based non-profit group that works with inner-city youth. Carolyn conducts workshops and training, provides motivational speaking, and offers consulting and film work for these state agencies as well as other private facilities and non-profit groups.
Carolyn sits on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations: VA CURE and New Visions New Ventures. She plays a very active role with each. In addition, she has been requested several times to address the Virginia State General Assembly on matters pertaining to inmates, their families, employment and housing challenges post-release, and discrimination against ex-offenders. She has also been invited to speak on similar subjects before the United States Senate.

Patrick O. Gee was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School, where he received a Fottball Scholarship to the University of Richmond. Mr. Gee graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. He is currently enrolled in post-graduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University for the same subject. Mr. Gee is currently employed at Sussex I & II State Prisons in Waverly, VA. He is a Corrections Captian/Institutional Traiing Officer/Strike Force Field Commander/K-9 Coordinator for both maximum security prisons. He also works part-time as a Juvenile Corrections Officer at Bon Air Reception and Diagnostic Center in Richmond. He has been employed there since December 1993.
Mr. Gee is currently the president of the Richmond, VA Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice and a Board of Directors member of the Virginia Gang Investigators Association. He is currently a member of the American Correctional Association, International Association of Correctional Training Personnel, American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers, International Association of Correctional Officers, Virginia Association of Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Instructors, Mid-Atlantic Gang Investigators Network, East Coast Gang Investigators Association, National Major Gang Task Force, United States Correctional Tactical Officer Association, Richmond Jazz Society, Correctional Peace Officers Foundation, Inc., The National African American Speaker Associaition, and Blacks in Government.
